Hi all.  Janice here from Peniscola, Spain.  Time to bring you up to date on our travels.  When we last sent something it was on Monday, Oct 15th.  Our first full day in Peniscola.
Tuesday, Oct 16th - We didn't make it to the restaurant in town for breakfast as we had mentioned in the last blog.  We had breakfast in our villa and then headed into town.  We took the small tourist train around the downtown/beach areas.  We had hoped there would be commentary but there wasn't and it was places we had seen when driving the day before but it was nice.  We then went exploring the Old Town with its high walls and castle.  The views were fantastic.  We had lunch at a sidewalk cafe.  We had sangria instead of wine. We roamed the streets of the Old Town a bit more and then headed off to watch the fishing boats come in.  We sat at a table right on the water and had another jug of sangria.  The boats starting coming in about 3-3:30.  It was interesting watching them sort their catch.  A lot of squid/octupi, prawns, eel etc.  We decided not to buy any fish there but went to the Supermarket for prawns and chicken for dinner. 
After dinner we played cards and went to bed with the alarm set for 7AM so we could head off to Valencia.
